DM Hay

DM Hay Church Supplies was established in 1955 to serve church customers across the Southwest from a shop close to Exeter Cathedral.  At the end of 2004, DM Hay extended its geographical reach by developing the mail-order side of its business.  Over the next four years the company enjoyed considerable growth and at the end of 2008 moved to larger warehousing premises in Holsworthy, West Devon.

Parent company, Trade Advance Ltd is a 'More Than For Profit' company. It operates like any other company in that it aims to grow and generate a profit, however, it also believes in adding value socially and environmentally too. Over the past few years the company has invested significantly in establishing an Apicultural Centre of Excellence in Ethiopia. This has been done in collaboration with UK Charity, Bees for Development. The Centre trains poor farmers how to increase their incomes through beekeeping, a practice that is inexpensive and does not require land and where the materials needed to practice the craft are freely available.

DM Hay has the know-how, experience and resources to go on serving the Church and increasingly private individuals and businesses. Over many years the company has established solid relationships with customers and suppliers and these relationships have been built on trust and integrity. These Christian values lie at the heart of everything we do and means you can rely on DM Hay to act responsibly and with integrity at all times and to deliver quality, service and value for money.
