Our Classic altar candles are handcrafted using traditional candle-making methods, offering churches the quality and character of a traditionally made candle at an affordable price. Developed in response to growing demand for high-quality handcrafted candles at a lower price point, Classic candles contain a minimum of 10% natural beeswax and at least 20% sustainable waxes. Carefully formulated to deliver dependable burning performance and excellent value, they provide an ideal alternative to machine-made candles whilst remaining accessible to churches of all sizes.

For churches wishing to further increase sustainability, our optional Eco upgrade raises the sustainable wax content to at least 45% through the inclusion of recycled church candle wax recovered through our candle recycling programme.

Traditional craftsmanship, natural beeswax and customer choice combine to make Classic an excellent everyday altar candle for modern churches.
